Fees are being finalized and will be confirmed by email before you commit to anything. Submitting an application doesn’t lock you in.

A standard space fits a 10×10 canopy. Bring your own canopy, weights, tables, and chairs — and note in the form if you need help with any of it.

Power is limited, so mark it on your application and we’ll do our best. Food trucks should plan to run self-sufficient (generator) unless confirmed otherwise.

Load-in happens the morning of the event, before we open at 10 AM. Your confirmation email will include your load-in window, parking, and space assignment. Teardown starts after 5 PM.

Vendors should carry a WA business license. Anyone serving or sampling food must meet Tacoma-Pierce County Health Department requirements — reach out if you’re not sure what applies.

The party happens rain or shine — this is Washington! Canopies with weights are strongly recommended.

Absolutely — raffle prizes are a huge help. Choose “Raffle prize donation” on the sponsor form and tell us what you’d like to give.

Shout-outs from the stage, a thank-you on event flyers and social media, and a stronger community. Cash and in-kind sponsorships of any size are welcome.
